Descendants of John Lennon (c1700-1757)
Pierce Lennon was granted 250 acres in Charles City County, VA, in 1635 and 140 acres in 1642. I have found no trace of him since. Family legend has it that his descendants lived in southeast Virginia. One of his descendants may have been John Lennon who was granted 640 acres in Bladen County, NC, in 1742. This file contains John's descendants as they have been identified through August 13, 2001. I am still hoping to fill the many gaps and blanks. Any help would be most appreciated.
