Randolph Co., Probate Records 1821-32 page 16: 17 Dec. 1821. Sarah Grosvenor, widow of Parker Grosvenor, & former wife of Allen Hill, dec'd. mother and natural guardian of Mary Hill, an infant daughter of said Allen Hill, ordered that Nathaniel Hill, administrator of goods & chattels of said Allen Hill, deceased.
Probate Record book B--1809-1825 p 18: Nathaniel Hill paid to Sarah Grosvenor, the mother and natural guardian of Mary Hill, infant daughter of said Allen Hill, dec'd. $164.40 (total estate after bills).
I do not know the maiden name of Sarah.
