Did you also get the page with James Crain appointed guardian of Joseph M. Crain and Jincy C. Crain dated June 15, 1842? What do we have here, is this the same Jincy who later got Moses and Elizabeth as her guardian? That was in April of 1849. Sarah wasn't born until Sept. 1842. Was Joseph M. the son of Cuthbert and Elizabeth? Would he be the infant born 1838?

Ordered that James Crain be appointed guardian of Joseph M. Crain & Jincy C. Crain minors under the age of fourteen years, on his entering into hand with good and sufficient security as the law directs.
