I believe that Moses and Elizabeth are the guardians named for Jennett and Sarah, daughters of Cuthbert and Elizabeth Bilderback Crain. I think Elizabeth married Moses after Cuthberts death. I also believe their name should be McConnell.
1840 census shows Elizabeth between 15/20 years old
I am attaching Elizabeth to Ephraim for the following reasons. Ephraim was an Administrator of Cuthbert's estate, Ephraim is mention in a law suit along with Elizabeth, also Elizabeth named her first boy Ephraim, also second girl was named Sarah after Ephriam's wife.

Elizabeth was living with William Steelman and Lydia in the 1870 census of Shelby Co, TN
Pension papers state she was 63 in 1885....Pension paper dated 1886 she was 64.
"she (Elizabeth) had a daughter named Sarah Clark, living somewhere in Kansas, by her first husband, Mr. Crain, some 4 or 5 months after she married Moses McConnell, to whom she was married about 3 months after her first husband died." Francis Hubbard, Pension Papers of Moses McConnell.
